Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Invoicify ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.
Description of service
Invoicify is a cloud-based GST invoicing and business-management platform for Indian businesses. The Service includes invoice creation, client management, payment tracking, expense management, recurring billing, delivery challans, and related features as described on our website.
Account registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
- Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
- Do not use the Service to generate or send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes including GST. Techtrio Automation reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided per our refund policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
Data ownership and privacy
You retain ownership of all data you upload. By using Invoicify, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. We will never sell your data to third parties. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.
Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Techtrio Automation and protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Service availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice of planned outages where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techtrio Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may export your data before termination.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
