Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Invoicify ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

Description of service

Invoicify is a cloud-based GST invoicing and business-management platform for Indian businesses, provided by Techtrio Automation. It includes invoice creation, client and vendor management, payment tracking, expense management, recurring billing, reports, and AI-assisted features (ARIA), as described on our website.

Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Sign-in is by one-time passcode to your mobile number (or a linked social account); keep access to that number and your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorised use.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free-trial account.
• Accounts created by bots or automated methods are not permitted.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not upload or transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users’ data.
• Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

Free trial, payment & billing

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access; no payment is taken during the trial. If you choose a paid plan, fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST (currently 18%); annual billing is charged at ten times the monthly rate (two months free). We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Non-payment may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features.

Third-party services & AI output

Some features rely on third-party providers — for example Razorpay (payments), Anthropic (AI/ARIA), and WhatsApp and email providers (delivery). Your use of those features is also governed by our Privacy Policy. AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it for tax filings, payments, or other decisions.

Data ownership & privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload. By using Invoicify, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.

Intellectual property

The Service — including all software, design, text, graphics, and logos — is owned by Techtrio Automation and protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Service availability

We work to keep Invoicify reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We aim for high availability but do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA; the Service is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance, with advance notice where practical.

No physical goods

Invoicify is a digital service delivered electronically; we do not sell or ship any physical products. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techtrio Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Cancellation & termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing in your account settings; access continues until the end of your current paid period. To close your account and request deletion of your data, contact us — we action verified requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention duties. You can export your data before leaving. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
