Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Invoicify ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Invoicify is a cloud-based GST invoicing and business management platform designed for Indian businesses. The Service includes invoice creation, client management, payment tracking, expense management, recurring billing, delivery challans, and related features as described on our website.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Do not use the Service to generate or send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST. Techtrio Automation reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided as per our refund policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using Invoicify, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. We will never sell your data to third parties. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Techtrio Automation (the maker of Invoicify) and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned outages where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techtrio Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
