Find answers to common questions about Invoicify.

How do I create my first invoice?

Go to Invoices and click "New Invoice". Fill in the client details, add line items with HSN/SAC codes, apply GST rates, and click Save. You can then send it by email, share via WhatsApp, or download as PDF.

Can I customise my invoice template?

Yes. Go to Invoices → Templates to add your logo, choose a colour scheme, edit header and footer text, and set default payment terms. Changes apply to all new invoices.

How do I accept online payments?

Invoicify integrates with Razorpay. Connect your Razorpay account in Settings → Payments. A "Pay Now" button will appear on every invoice, supporting UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.

What payment methods are supported?

We support UPI (all apps), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex), net banking, and popular wallets — all processed through Razorpay.

How do I record a partial payment?

Open the invoice and click "Record Payment". Enter the amount received and the payment date. Invoicify will track the outstanding balance and show the invoice as "Partially Paid".

Can I set up recurring invoices?

Yes. Create a recurring invoice from Recurring Invoices in the sidebar. Set the schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and Invoicify will automatically generate and send invoices on the due date.

How do I add team members?

Go to Settings → Team and click "Invite Member". Enter their email and assign a role: Admin, Accountant, or Viewer. They will receive an invitation email to join your workspace.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. We support two-factor authentication, maintain daily backups for 30 days, and comply with India's DPDP Act.

What is e-Invoicing and do I need it?

E-Invoicing (IRN generation) is mandatory for businesses with a turnover above Rs 5 crore. Invoicify generates the IRN, QR code, and signed invoice automatically. Enable it in Settings → GST → E-Invoicing.

What reports does Invoicify provide?

You get GST summary (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B ready), profit and loss, cash flow, receivables ageing, payment history, expense reports, and inventory valuation reports.
